Vault CRM Program Lead

Role Summary

The Market Engagement Lead – APAC will serve as the regional anchor for the Vault CRM deployment program, acting as the primary interface between the Global E2E Lead and in-market stakeholders across APAC. This role owns the end-to-end coordination of application and integration needs for the region, drives localization of Vault CRM to meet market-specific requirements, and ensures a seamless transition for APAC teams through structured SIT/UAT governance. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management skills with hands-on delivery experience in CRM/Vault ecosystems and cross-functional integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Global-to-Regional Coordination
• Report to the Global E2E Lead and serve as the primary point of contact for all APAC market needs spanning Application and Integration workstreams.
• Translate global program strategy and timelines into actionable regional plans, escalating market-specific risks, blockers, or resource needs to the Global E2E Lead in a timely manner.
• Vault CRM Definition & Deployment
• Define the Vault CRM application blueprint and deployment approach tailored to APAC market needs, in alignment with global standards and architecture.
• Partner with global product/platform teams to ensure the solution design accommodates regional regulatory, business, and operational requirements.
• Regional Delivery Leadership
• Act as the Regional Delivery Lead across multiple APAC countries, managing a diverse set of in-market stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, and commercial teams).
• Drive alignment across all stakeholders and systems to ensure coordinated, on-time deployment across markets, resolving conflicts and dependencies as they arise.
• Establish and run regional governance forums (steering committees, status reviews) to maintain visibility and accountability across markets.
• Localization & Market Expansion
• Identify and document localization requirements across APAC markets, including language, regulatory, data privacy, and business-process variations.
• Work with local market leads and global design teams to incorporate localization needs into the Vault CRM configuration and rollout plan.
• Support business expansion efforts by identifying new market entry requirements and CRM enablement needs.
• Integration Issue Management
• Manage and resolve challenges arising from upstream and downstream application squads within the Integration track.
• Coordinate closely with the Program E2E Lead to align integration priorities, sequencing, and issue resolution across the broader program landscape.
• Proactively identify integration risks (data flow, system dependencies, timing conflicts) and drive mitigation plans with relevant squads.
• APAC Team Leadership & Testing Governance
• Lead and support APAC-based delivery teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities are properly planned, resourced, and aligned across all in-scope markets.
• Own the readiness and cutover process to ensure a seamless transition of markets onto Vault CRM, including hypercare support post go-live.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in CRM/Vault deployment, IT program delivery, or related enterprise application rollout roles, ideally within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
• Prior experience with Veeva Vault CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country/multi-stakeholder deployments, ideally across APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of application integration concepts (upstream/downstream systems, data flows, APIs) in an enterprise landscape.
• Experience leading or coordinating SIT/UAT testing cycles for enterprise application rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence across global and local teams.
• Ability to work across time zones and travel within APAC as required.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with pharma commercial operations (field force, medical affairs, or sales/marketing CRM use cases).
• Experience with localization/globalization frameworks for enterprise software deployment.
• Program/project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent).
• Prior experience reporting into a Global E2E or Program Lead structure within a matrixed organization.
