Valuation Officer

Job Summary

Conduct site inspections and data research to prepare accurate, high-quality valuation reports for various property types. Manage and update relevant databases to support valuation activities and perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to collect relevant property data for valuation purposes
• Search and analyze data to support accurate property valuations
• Prepare detailed and high-quality valuation reports for all property types
• Manage and maintain up-to-date databases related to property valuations
• Execute additional duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent discipline

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience
