Role Description:
The UX/UI Designer (Marketing Focus) is responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences that support marketing initiatives. This role combines user experience design with marketing objectives to drive conversions, enhance brand presence, and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for marketing websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for digital marketing assets.
- Optimize digital experiences for usability, accessibility, and conversion.
- Maintain consistency in design across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, marketing tools, and best practices.
- Assist in A/B testing and data-driven design improvements for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on marketing campaigns or digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion-focused design.
- Excellent visual design, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
