What You'll Be Doing

As a UX Researcher, your work will focus on three core areas:

1. User and Citizen Insights

You'll lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover the needs, behaviors, and pain points of citizens, businesses, and public officers. You'll use methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing to generate insights that guide our product strategy and design decisions.

2. Data Analysis and Communication

You'll analyze research data to identify trends and actionable insights. You'll craft compelling reports and presentations that influence stakeholders and drive user-centric decision-making across the organization.

3. Customer Journey Mapping and Experience Design

You'll create journey maps and service blueprints that visualize user experiences and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless, accessible, and engaging service experiences that solve real problems.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a UX researcher.
  • Advanced degree or certification in UX design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of design thinking, product design processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Experience with diverse research methods and reporting formats.
