UX Researcher and Service Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Service Design & User Research Specialist to lead user research and service design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-depth qualitative research through stakeholder interviews, observational studies, and ethnographic methods to uncover user needs and behavioural insights
• Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisions
• Manage stakeholder requirements and incorporate them into the product design
• Develop detailed user journeys and service blueprints that illuminate current-state experiences and future-state opportunities

Requirements

• Min. of 5 years experience in service design, UX research, or related user-centred design disciplines
• Experience with large-scale enterprise and B2B products and services
• Proficiency in design tools e.g., Figma
• A portfolio (Website, PDF, Google Slides, Figma, etc.) that demonstrates your design process
