We are looking for a hands-on UX Lead to join a regional experience design team in Singapore on a 3-month contract. This role will lead the end-to-end design of a booking application within the hospitality and travel space, working closely with a multidisciplinary design team and client stakeholders.
While the role is UX-driven, we are looking for someone who also has a strong eye for UI and interaction design, with the ability to bring digital experiences to life through thoughtful visual and motion details.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX process, from research and discovery through information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and developer handover.
- Design intuitive and engaging experiences for a booking platform in the travel/hospitality space.
- Collaborate closely with a design team consisting of visual designers, content strategists, and senior designers.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to present concepts and guide the design direction.
- Help shape digital products and design systems from concept to launch.
What We're Looking For
- Strong UX leadership experience with the ability to remain hands-on in the design process.
- Solid foundation in UI design and visual craft, with attention to interaction and motion design.
- Experience working on products, ideally in travel, hospitality, luxury, or retail sectors.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and collaborating across teams.
- Available to start around mid-April and open to occasional travel in the region.
