Role SummaryA UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role conducts research, creates wireframes and prototypes, tests usability, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure products are functional, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, and experience flows.
Experience Design & Prototyping- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with UX principles.
Collaboration & Testing- Work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct usability tests and collect feedback to iterate on designs.
- Communicate design rationale and present solutions to cross-functional teams.
Design Documentation & Standards- Maintain UX documentation, design systems, and guidelines.
- Apply and promote consistent UX best practices across projects.
- Ensure product quality through continuous user-centered improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX research and design work.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and usability standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with UI design, basic prototyping animations, or front-end fundamentals.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
