ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Engineer to design and develop functional, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The role requires experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, alongside conducting usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop design artifacts such as screen-level wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes to establish and enhance user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering and incorporating feedback for iterative improvements.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions, analyzing results, and making adjustments to optimize user experience.
- Advocate for the user experience and employ best practices in UI/UX design throughout the development process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience Level:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
Attributes:
- High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
