ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced IT System/Business Analyst to join our team for an onshore position. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and IT project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, application solutioning, and UI/UX design. This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Engage with stakeholders to manage communication and gather requirements for IT projects.
Lead user requirements gathering and facilitate the business analysis process for various projects.
Develop application solutions, contribute to UI/UX design, and ensure software testing aligns with project goals.
Utilize AGILE methodologies and work on Cloud platform projects using tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
Coordinate with team members to maintain project schedules and meet deliverables on time.
Ensure business needs are met by communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Provide organizational oversight and work independently to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position, preferably in managing large-scale front-facing projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, or a related field.
Proven hands-on experience with IT project implementation, including user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and UI/UX design.
Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and experience in Cloud platform projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
