Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement utility diversion and protection works according to project schedules and designs.
- Liaise with utility agencies, consultants, and authorities to obtain approvals and resolve technical or design issues.
- Supervise site works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage utility detection, trial holes, and as-built documentation to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all utility works comply with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, evaluate alternatives, and verify contractors claims and variations.
- Support project teams with technical advice on utility layouts and promote best practices for efficiency and cost control.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project coordination, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of utility diversion and coordination processes.
- Possession of TCDW and LCDW certification will be an advantage.
