Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full-cycle implementation of global user marketing activities, including activity configuration and launch, multi-channel user reach and promotion, as well as post-activity data analysis and review, to ensure the efficient closed-loop advancement of activities and improve user activity and retention.
• Daily monitor user operation data dashboards, accurately mine data anomalies and potential business opportunities in user behavior, and output actionable analysis conclusions to guide the optimization of user operation strategies.
• Experience the full platform flow from a real crypto user perspective, participate in the launch acceptance of product user-oriented functions, and put forward practical user experience optimization suggestions from the user side.
• Assist in handling all aspects of user operations, including activity exception handling, reward distribution follow-up, and user feedback docking, coordinate cross-team resources between headquarters and regions, and efficiently solve various user operation problems.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as compiling user operation strategy documents, sorting out user data reports and cross-team communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, diligent and responsible, able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months, and priority will be given to candidates who can join recently.
• Basic understanding of the Internet industry is acceptable, and no rich Web3/crypto industry experience is required; priority will be given to candidates with user operation, CRM related experience or traditional Internet operation internship experience, and a serious and responsible work attitude is sufficient.
• Strong learning ability, execution ability and data sensitivity, familiar with CRM product logic, and good at finding and solving problems through data analysis.
• Able to adapt to the fast-paced work mode of the Internet and Web3 industry, with good stress resistance; plus points for being a heavy crypto user or having experience in user operation of Internet products.
