User Growth Manager

Location: Beijing / Singapore

About the Role

Develop and execute user growth strategies for target regions, building partnerships around local user needs, social media ecosystems and product use cases. Work with local users, media and creators on content distribution, user conversion and performance review.

Responsibilities

• Study user needs, AI agent products and social media ecosystems in target regions, and develop regional growth strategies, channel plans and criteria for evaluating results.
• Collaborate with local users and communities, identify influential local media and creators, assess partnership fit, initiate outreach and maintain relationships.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, publication schedules and usage rights, agree on content briefs with partners, and manage review, revisions and publication.
• Refine product examples and content using local user feedback and platform conventions, and coordinate users, creators and internal teams on regional growth activities.
• Analyze cost, views, engagement, clicks and conversion to assess channels and partnerships, adjust growth and content plans, and use AI tools for research, communication preparation and reviews.

Requirements

• Initiative in research and execution, with the ability to develop a detailed understanding of regional users and markets, create concrete growth plans and carry them through.
• In-depth knowledge of social media ecosystems, content formats, communication practices and creator partnerships in target overseas markets, with the ability to select channels and develop local collaborations.
• Clear communication and the ability to build trust with local users, media and creators of different styles, understand their needs and resolve partnership issues constructively.
• Extensive use of AI products for research, briefs, communication and analysis, with sound judgment on where human verification and decisions are needed.
• Confidence working with costs, trends and conversion data, with the ability to investigate changes and adjust growth plans. Influencer marketing or hands-on creator account management experience is preferred.
• Language skills such as English, Spanish or Korean that support direct communication with local users, content assessment or business partnerships are preferred.
