The User Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to attract and retain users on our cryptocurrency exchange platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, user behavior, and effective growth marketing techniques. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and possess a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Design and implement comprehensive user acquisition and retention strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and analyze key growth levers and opportunities within the cryptocurrency market.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, and retention rates.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
- Generate regular reports and insights on user growth metrics to inform decision-making.
User Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Optimize the user onboarding process to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Develop and manage referral programs, affiliate marketing, and other user acquisition initiatives.
- Explore and implement innovative growth hacking techniques to attract new users.
User Retention and Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement, including loyalty programs, community building, and personalized communication.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and improve the user experience.
- Create and manage engaging content to educate and inform users about the cryptocurrency market and our platform.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with influencers (KOL), media outlets, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations and engineering, to achieve growth objectives.
- Stay up to date with the newest trends within crypto space.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize the growth marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in user growth/performance, digital marketing, or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and user behavior.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, ASO and ASA.
- Experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges would be advantageous.
