User Experience Researcher

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a User Experience Researcher based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work. The User Experience Researcher will conduct user research, analyze data, and apply design thinking principles to improve user interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing UX research methodologies, interpreting feedback into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user-centric design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Research, UX Research, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles for problem-solving and innovation
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting user feedback and data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in e-mobility or logistics sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field
• Ability to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment effectively
