Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a User Experience Research Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will support our User Experience (UX) Research function by managing player research tasks, collecting user feedback, and maintaining data and reports that help improve our games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure player insights are accurately captured and turned into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Research Coordination:

  • Assist in managing the workflow of the User Experience Research team, ensuring smooth task tracking and progress updates.
  • Maintain and update the visual management system that tracks monthly research projects, owners, deadlines, findings, and action plans.

User Feedback Collection:

  • Engage directly with users and players to collect structured feedback through surveys, interviews, or in-game interactions.
  • Verify feedback-related content within games and help clarify user intentions or pain points.

Data & Documentation Support:

  • Summarize findings and support the preparation of feedback reports and implementation summaries.
  • Maintain internal databases such as questionnaire libraries and research templates.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with designers, product managers, and researchers to ensure insights are shared and utilized efficiently.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Psychology, Game Design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage professionally with users and internal teams.
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with regional users.
  • Familiarity with mobile games and an understanding of game development processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, Lark, or equivalent).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple ongoing research tasks.
