Responsibilities About the team The Global E-commerce Operations Events team collaborate on strategic e-commerce promotion projects within the search ecosystem, covering core marketing milestones such as Ramadan, Black Friday, Shopping Festival, and Payday Sales. Based on trend analysis to decode real-time hot search data, and work in tandem with campaign planners, major promotion stakeholders, and industry teams to design and execute targeted campaign recommendation strategies. This enhances the incremental GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) contribution from search scenarios while fostering user awareness of the 'search-shopping' behavior chain. Project execution spans two core search touchpoints: Comprehensive search; TikTok Mall Search.
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the user experience product operation of TikTok Global E-commerce in search, establishing measurement standards and review mechanisms for user experience, and continuously promoting the improvement of user experience. 2. Responsible for formulating executable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) based on current strategies, training, and collaborating with local teams to complete the evaluation of search experience-related strategies. 3. Participate in project early planning, work with product and business teams across various ends to conceive functions and experiences, and provide high-quality user experience solutions for the business. 4. Possess a high level of sensitivity to data changes of product function points and core business focus areas, be able to flexibly measure the overall experience level of the product, and put forward improvement suggestions. 5. Insight into and analysis of design trends, identify the motivations and needs of target users, and ensure efficient development, implementation, and timely review and accumulation of solutions.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor&aposs degree or above, with 3 years or more of relevant work experience; proficiency in English and Mandarin as a working language to communicate with stakeholders who are based in mandarin-speaking markets, and a good understanding of e-commerce businesses. - Strong pressure resistance, clear logic, willingness to analyze the essence of events, proficiency in solving problems systematically, strong affinity, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and good at driving cross-departmental cooperation to achieve goals. - Possess excellent data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in reasonably attributing causes through fluctuating data. - Capable of independently undertaking experience project management and solution design, with innovative thinking to achieve breakthroughs in user experience.
Preferred Qualification: - Candidates with work experience in user experience, operations, or product management are preferred.
