User Experience Designer

Convertium is a full-spectrum digital agency founded in 2001. We solve clients business problems with User-first thinking and design.

The role of the User Experience Designer is to Fight for the User. You will plan and design digital experiences, user interfaces, information architecture, as well as conduct research and user testing. This is a client-facing role and will require strong people and communication skills.

UX at Convertium is research and evidence-based. This is not a visual design role.

Your work will include:

• Collaborating with project teams to plan and design user experiences for digital interfaces.
• Designing user experiences that balance technical functionality and visual impact.
• Executing best practices in workflows, information architecture and usability.
• Producing wireframes and mid-fi prototypes.
• Conducting both primary and secondary research.

This is a position suited for those with formal human factors, digital UX, and design thinking training. And you must be passionate about all things digital.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
• Required skills: human machine interfacing, usability testing, ergonomics, primary and secondary research, information architecture, interaction design, service design.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
