Job Responsibilities

Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipment permits, airway bills, and bills of lading, ensuring alignment with Avitron sales/commercial invoices
Scan and maintain electronic filing of all shipment-related documents
Coordinate internally and externally to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Collaborate with Finance team for reporting to Singapore Customs
Upload and process payments for freight forwarder services
