Responsibilities:

Focus on prospecting and maintaining relationship with Private Wealth clients including HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices.
Form a good understanding of the wealth management landscape and develop a good network within the segment
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels and events
Develop in-depth understanding on custodian platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients trading and investment needs.
Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth clients.
Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can also leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies or family offices, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions. CFA/FRM or related financial certificates is a plus.
Have experiences dealing with private wealth clients on investment and asset allocation, etc.
Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platforms and solutions.
