Urgent Project Manager (Digital Products, Procurement, Tender/RFQ)

Responsibilities:

• Drive successful delivery of digital products from development through to users.
• Work with Product Manager and relevant stakeholders on requirements gathering and product delivery.
• Facilitate Agile activities including sprint planning, scrum and retrospectives.
• Track development progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support system, user and security testing prior to release.
• Support product adoption and post-release activities, including identification and resolution of issues with Product/Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in building and delivering digital products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Government procurement approaches, e.g. Tender and RFQ.
• Team player who can effectively engage with various levels of stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and drive matters to closure.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional certification would be an advantage.
• Prior experience managing government data-related projects would be an added advantage.
