Urgent: Manufacturing Technician (GMP/plant)

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain automation equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and support continuous production while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial automation systems to sustain uninterrupted production.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Conduct periodic failure analyses to improve production efficiency and yield.
• Monitor production lines and report any abnormalities affecting quality or output.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets and maintain product quality.
• Support manufacturing operations with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NITEC certification or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in teams and with multiple stakeholders.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcomed.
