Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Define and operate the Group's global-regional cybersecurity model, including governance, decision rights, accountability and escalation.
Develop the Group cybersecurity strategy, target architecture and roadmap across network, identity, endpoint, cloud, data, application and zero-trust security.
Establish and enforce global security-control baselines, policies, standards, exceptions and risk-acceptance processes.
Provide security oversight across technology delivery, cloud transformation, system integrations and digital initiatives.
Lead vulnerability, exposure and attack-surface management, including asset discovery, risk-based prioritisation and remediation.
Oversee security operations, including SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, threat hunting and managed SOC performance
Establish and lead a global Cybersecurity Incident Response Team, serving as Incident Commander for material incidents and coordinating response, recovery, forensics and communications.
Strengthen cyber resilience through backup, disaster-recovery and operational-continuity standards and testing.
Secure OT, logistics and operational environments, including warehouses, automation, robotics, fleet, facilities and external integrations.
Lead identity, cloud and data-security programmes, including MFA, PAM, encryption, DLP, key management and secure AI adoption.
Align cybersecurity with recognised frameworks and regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions, including China, GDPR, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Lead third-party cyber risk, customer security assessments, cyber-insurance requirements and M&A security due diligence and integration.
Build and lead the global cybersecurity team, manage budget and external providers, and provide clear cyber-risk reporting to the CIO and Group Risk & Audit Committee.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years leading technical security teams across multiple regions.
- Strong technical expertise across security architecture, networks, cloud, IAM, endpoint, vulnerability management, SIEM, EDR and security engineering.
- Proven experience building and transforming cybersecurity capabilities across geographically distributed organisations with varied maturity levels.
- Demonstrated leadership of major cyber incidents, including response, recovery, executive communication, regulatory engagement and remediation.Experience establishing and leading distributed incident-response teams and coordinating internal and external specialists.
- Proven ability to lead through matrix structures, influence regional teams without direct authority and drive consistent standards across diverse markets.
