1. Customer Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Service Advisor.

  • Assist in daily service operations, including checking recall campaigns for customers vehicles.

  • Handle parts ordering through purchase requisitions and coordinate receipt of parts.

  • Prepare service quotations for customers.

  • Raise purchase orders and prepare invoices upon job completion.

  • Arrange vehicle pick-up and delivery services.

  • Monitor and follow up on jobs with parts arrived but pending completion.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in administration or project coordination.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.


2. Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor schedules

  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
