• Own and deliver end to end business SOPs based on BWLs published.
• Translate L3 BWLs to business process mapping.
• Identify and build pre and post requisite business activities for new functionality.
• Reviewing IBM technical training documents.
• Building business process training documents.
• Combining technical and business training documents for relevant users, customers and suppliers.
• Assist with delivering training materials and maintain training support during hyper care period.
• Coordinate responsibilities and action required between OTC, PTM, RTR, PTP, MDM, Reporting to relevant stakeholders.
