N / O / A / NITEC - $10.50 / hour

Diploma - $13 / hour

Must be able to commit 31 March 2027

Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

44 hours per work week

Responsibilities (for SNAP):

Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
