Urban Planning & Business Development Executive

Work Location: Changi

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and construction coordination for metro, urban renewal, and industrial projects.
• Prepare and manage bidding documents, ensuring compliance with governance and client requirements.
• Support investment analysis and feasibility studies for urban development projects.
• Drive business development (BD) initiatives, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and partnership negotiation.
• Collaborate with government agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, tender success rates, and client feedback to refine bidding strategies
• Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above in Urban Planning.
• Professional Qualification: Intermediate Planner Certificate in Territorial Spatial Planning.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in metro projects, urban renewal, and business development.
• Urban design in main construction experience is mandatory.
• Recognized for professional competence in territorial spatial planning, with proven track record in metro and urban renewal projects.
• Strong skills in architectural design and client communication.
