Job Description

The University Programme Manager is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of university programmes. These programmes can be delivered At-Sunrice Globalchef Academy or at the University premises.

The role serves as the primary liaison between At-Sunrice Academy and partner universities, ensuring programme delivery aligns with university regulations, academic standards, and agreedpartnership arrangements, while supporting a high-quality student experience.

The role also supports the Quality Assurance team in regulatory and audit requirements, including TPQA, CPE EduTrust, and related processes, to uphold academic standards and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • University Liaison & Partnership Management - Coordinate with the University to ensure all academic and non-academic requirements for the programmes are met.
  • Programme Delivery & Coordination - Coordinate with all the various At-Sunrice depts in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of the University programmes at the campus
  • Represent At-Sunrice at the University Assessment Board and Governance Board meetings and any other meetings. Prepare the necessary documents and materials for meetings.
  • Manages the timely issuance of result slips, award certificates, and transcripts - coordinating with the University and internal departments.
  • Academic Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance with partner university regulations, policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • To support faculty and students with the University Learning Management system queries and ensure it is set up for the semester.
  • Work closely with the internal depts to ensure all the Student Information system (SIS) related students and faculty are updated
  • To support students in the mentorship programme or any other initiatives.
  • Supports the Audit review team in preparations for audit (TPQA, CPE EduTrust, and related processes).
  • To support the renewal of MOUs for all University partners.
  • To oversee the Degree pathway programmes with At-Sunrice, liaising with university and internal departments.
  • Coordinate and liaise with new Universities who are keen to partner with At-Sunrice looking at academic and non-academic requirements.
  • Support the Director and dept colleagues in any other dept projects and tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree qualifications

2-3 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution

Experience in programme management, academic administration, or partnership coordination

Experience working with universities, awarding bodies, or external academic partners

Familiarity with university quality assurance, assessment, and regulatory processes

Experience in private education institutions or transnational education partnerships is highly desirable


Preferred / Added Qualification

Experience with Singapore/UK regulatory frameworks
