SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook and prepare a variety of food products.
Ensure standards of food hygiene , health and safety are monitored continually upgraded at the standard required by the SFA.
Execute effective and speedy service.
Handle problems and complains.
Ensure kitchen areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.
Plan co-ordinate and supervise all menu implementations in a timely manner.
Create and develop new dishes and recipes by keeping up with the latest market trends.
Constantly strive to improve kitchen operating procedures.
Be fully responsible for the labour budget of the kitchen department.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants with 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in a team.
Able to manage stress well.
