Job Description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products.

  • Ensure standards of food hygiene , health and safety are monitored continually upgraded at the standard required by the SFA.

  • Execute effective and speedy service.

  • Handle problems and complains.

  • Ensure kitchen areas are clean and tidy at all times.

  • Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.

  • Plan co-ordinate and supervise all menu implementations in a timely manner.

  • Create and develop new dishes and recipes by keeping up with the latest market trends.

  • Constantly strive to improve kitchen operating procedures.

  • Be fully responsible for the labour budget of the kitchen department.

  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants with 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Able to manage stress well.
