about the job

This role is responsible for driving and executing consumer insurance initiatives, focusing on Home and Bancassurance products.

• Drive and execute distribution, product, marketing, and service initiatives to achieve business targets and KPIs.

• Efficiently handle new and renewal policy underwriting and administration for Home and Bancassurance, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

• Collaborate with business partners to develop marketing campaigns and sales activities.

• Conduct market analysis to survey competitors product and distribution strategies.

• Work with stakeholders on product enhancements, campaign implementation, and conducting product and sales training.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, meticulous, and possesses strong organizational skills.

• Preferably hold a certification in General Insurance, but must minimally possess the Basic Concepts and Principles (BCP) and Personal General Insurance (PGI) certificates.

• 2+ years of experience in the general insurance industry is preferred.

• Prior experience in product development, managing marketing campaigns, or digital channel initiatives is an advantage.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
