Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers, clients, and the development team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
- Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Identify gaps in user insights, motivations, and pain points to strengthen design strategies.
- Propose and conduct user research initiatives, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs.
- Ensure all design outputs are visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent with established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
- Contribute to front-end development efforts (training will be provided).
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise, user-centered design thinking, research capabilities, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
- Experience gathering requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research activities.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting usability testing.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentation decks.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and design system consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align design decisions with broader organizational goals.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience in project management and front-end development is a plus.
