Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that are both visually engaging and easy to use.
This role requires a strong balance of user research, interaction design, and visual design skills, with a focus on translating user needs into practical and scalable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design intuitive interactions and experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and visual design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Good understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
