Your Role
As a UiPath Developer, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions that combine process automation with AI capabilities. You will work in agile delivery squads alongside architects, business analysts, and AI specialists to deliver scalable automation platforms across enterprise environments.
This role goes beyond bot development you will contribute to reusable frameworks, governance standards, intelligent workflow design, and next-generation automation architectures.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable UiPath automation solutions.
- Participate in the full automation lifecycle from process analysis and solution design to deployment and production support.
- Implement best practices in REFramework, exception handling, logging, and Orchestrator management.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate automation delivery.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Agentic AI workflows, combining automation with decision-making and AI-driven orchestration.
- Develop and maintain UiPath Test Automation solutions to support enterprise application testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical workflows.
- Support technical demonstrations, innovation initiatives, and proof-of-concepts for emerging UiPath capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on UiPath development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in REFramework, Orchestrator, and API integrations.
- Experience building resilient, production-grade automations with proper exception handling and logging.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification preferred.
- Exposure to Test Automation using UiPath is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AI-enhanced automation concepts or interest in Agentic AI workflows.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
