About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with 56 years of experience in UI/UX design, creative content development, communications, and product operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in designing engaging user experiences, creating impactful content, and supporting digital product management within a large, cross-functional organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Design (UI/UX)
- Conduct user research and develop user personas in collaboration with IT partners, Value Teams, and end users.
- Validate user personas with stakeholders to ensure user-centric design practices.
- Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and implement iterative improvements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs aligned with product goals.
- Design intuitive and accessible interface elements consistent with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update brand style guides and design standards across digital platforms (e.g., CTO Portal, AI Hub).
Creative Content
- Translate campaign requirements into engaging visual designs and video edits.
- Develop static and motion graphics for campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create visuals for presentations, email announcements, SharePoint content, and digital banners in line with corporate brand guidelines.
- Support creative video editing, including layering, effects, and audio integration.
- Develop reusable design templates (e.g., slide decks) to support ongoing business needs.
Communications
- Draft compelling content for internal communication channels, including posts, newsletters, memos, and presentations.
- Develop campaign communication plans to drive awareness and engagement.
- Manage editorial calendars and track campaign milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Contribute to communication playbooks and toolkits to support change management initiatives.
Product Management, Operations & Analytics
- Support user-centric product development and contribute to communication strategies for digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business priorities.
- Assist in managing product roadmaps and operations for platforms like the CTO Portal and AI Hub.
- Support analytics and experimentation strategies using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Power BI.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve adoption, engagement, and overall user experience.
