Our client is an established and blue-chip investment firm. It is based in town. It invests in private equity funds, with a focus on the development and innovation of new investment platforms and products to make private equity (PE) accessible to a broader group of investors.
In2019, the firm launched an online portal which provides an efficient ,hassle-free experience for investors to access top-tier private investments. Since 2023, the set-up has operated as an independent MAS licensed entity to focus on the distribution of investment products to investors, in line with its mission of broadening investor access to private assets.
UI/UX& Product Designer
What You'll Do
- Maintain and continuously refine the UI design for our front-end investor portal, ensuring a polished, consistent, and accessible experience across all touchpoints.
- Leverage data and insights from Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify friction points, inform design decisions, and improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Define and document user journeys and service flows for key experiences including investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and the end-to-end investing flow.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to translate requirements into well-considered UI solutions for new investor features, admin portal workflows, and internal tooling.
- Create and maintain design assets including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and a scalable component library.
- Champion a user-centred design approach - conduct usability reviews, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly based on findings.
- Uphold and evolve the product's design system, ensuring consistency across all product surfaces.
Requirements& Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI craft and UX thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and component management.

- Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to inform and validate design decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment alongside engineers and product managers
- Attention to detail with an eye for pixel-perfect execution.
- Experience designing for web applications understanding of responsive and accessible design (WCAG guidelines).
Nice-to-Have experiences
- Experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or other B2C apps.
- Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Interest in investments, private equity, or fund management as domain knowledge
