This is not a pretty UI role. This is about thinking deeply, designing systems, and shaping user behavior in complex trading environments.
The Role
We're looking for an expert UI/UX Product Designer with proven experience designing Web3, blockchain, or trading applications. You must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of real productsnot conceptsthat show originality, clarity, and deep product thinking.
You'll work closely with founders and engineering to design high-stakes, high-velocity user experiences where clarity, speed, and trust matter.
What You'll Be Designing
- Web3 trading interfaces (perps, prediction markets, on-chain tools)
- Complex data-dense dashboards that feel simple and intuitive
- Opinionated user flows that reduce cognitive overload
- Systems that guide attention, decision-making, and action
- Design languages and components that scale across products
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design from concept to production
- Translate complex trading logic into clear, usable interfaces
- Design interaction systems, not just screens
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Continuously iterate based on user behavior and feedback
- Establish and evolve design systems and UX patterns
- Challenge assumptions and propose better product solutions
What We're Looking For
You must have:
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Direct experience with Web3, blockchain, DeFi, or trading platforms
- A strong, reviewable portfolio of shipped products
- Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex systems without dumbing them down
- Comfort designing for power users and fast-moving environments
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience designing financial, trading, or analytics products
- Familiarity with crypto user behaviors and market dynamics
- Experience working with founders and early-stage teams
- Motion / interaction design experience
What This Is Not
- Not a junior or purely executional role
- Not a generic marketing or landing-page design job
- Not a follow instructions position
