Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows (as-is/to-be).
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand needs and drive adoption.
- Translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with developers to ensure implementation.
- Design and prototype low- to high-fidelity wireframes for applications and digital platforms.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across devices.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a product, experience, or UX/UI designer.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Exposure to AI and automation in product design.
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Collaborative mindset, working with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams.
- Solid understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.
