As a UI/UX Design Lead for Singapore, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and overall user experience of digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop intuitive and engaging design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Set the design vision and strategy for the new consumer banking products
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and pain points
- Create user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps to guide the design process
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that emphasize usability and accessibility
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of designers by fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 8 years in product design, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products in the banking and/or fintech space
- Proven leadership in managing design teams and shaping design strategy to achieve business and user goals
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
