UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and end-to-end user flows for digital products across key user journeys.

• Translate product requirements and user research insights into intuitive and user-friendly designs.

• Design responsive interfaces for different user groups and usage scenarios.

• Develop and maintain consistent UI patterns, components and design systems.

• Plan and conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into design improvements.

• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1.

• Work closely with product, research and engineering teams from concept through implementation.

• Contribute reusable design patterns and components to the organisation's design system.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a portfolio of delivered digital products.

• Strong UI design skills in layout, typography, visual hierarchy and interaction design.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and design tokens.

• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing.

• Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG 2.1 and ARIA.

• Experience designing workflow or management systems such as dashboards, records or scheduling solutions is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
