UI/UX Designer

Role Description

Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and user experiences for digital products. Combine user research, interaction design, and visual design to address user needs and business objectives, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify needs and usability issues.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
• Organize content and navigation to support clear user journeys.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on findings.
• Create and maintain reusable components and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to support accurate implementation.
• Apply accessibility principles and maintain consistency across devices.

Qualifications

• Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant UI/UX design experience and a portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of user research, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
