Job Description
Seeking a UI/UX Developer to enhance our innovation and crowdsourcing platform. You will design intuitive, engaging user experiences, conduct user research, streamline workflows, and create impactful visual assets to support platform engagement. The role may also involve supporting programme activities such as hackathons, sharing sessions, and showcase events.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Design & UX Development
Conduct user and market research (scope, plan, execution, reporting)
Design responsive, accessible UI components
Translate user stories into user flows, wireframes, and interaction elements
Improve navigation, discoverability, and user engagement
User Research & Usability
Recruit users and conduct interviews, reviews, surveys, usability tests
Analyse insights to identify pain points and refine platform features
Iterate designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
Visual Communication
Create visually compelling EDMs, banners, and campaign assets
Maintain consistent branding and enhance visual storytelling
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams
Participate in design reviews and contribute to iterative improvements
Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field
5+ years of UI/UX experience preferred
Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research
Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Ability to design digital campaign assets
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Able to lead co-creation workshops and present design concepts clearly
Experience with crowdsourcing or community-based platforms is an advantage
