Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:

  • Collaborate across multiple products within cross-functional teams that include designers, developers, and product managers.
  • Define user journeys through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for client products.
  • Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points in order to guide informed design decisions.
  • Plan and run user testing sessions to validate design solutions and gather meaningful insights.
  • Contribute to and utilise our evolving design system to maintain consistency and scalability across client products.
  • Manage stakeholder requirements and integrate them into product design solutions.
  • Produce design specifications and assets to ensure designs are accurately implemented by development teams.
  • Facilitate kick-off workshops to establish objectives, collect requirements, and align on business goals and perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience with UI/UX Design, with a proven track record of contributing significantly to successful product launches.
  • Experience building digital products with end-to-end involvement, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting usability testing, defining user flows, and delivering high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver and continuously improve product features.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent design skills and proficiency with tools such as Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design platforms.
  • Experience working with design systems to support scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
  • A strong design portfolio that showcases your experience and work.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
