We are a Singapore and US-based deep-tech company building secure enterprise software for technical teams. The product is complex, the bar is high, and we ship fast.
We need a UI/UX designer who can turn messy workflows and data-heavy screens into a clean, consistent experience that engineers can implement without guesswork.
What you will own:
- End-to-end UX for enterprise workflows, dashboards, and data-dense interfaces
- Information architecture for multi-step flows and complex user journeys
- Design system: components, tokens, variants, patterns, documentation
- Prototypes and rapid user feedback loops with weekly iteration
- Tight collaboration with engineering and leadership on product decisions and tradeoffs
You should be strong at:
- B2B SaaS UX, especially complex tables, filters, permissions, and admin surfaces
- Figma mastery: libraries, auto layout, components, variants, prototyping
- Interaction design, edge cases, and product polish
- Clear communication and clean handoff to engineering
Bonus points:
- Workflow builders, node graph UIs, and observability style dashboards
- Security-minded UX for enterprise or regulated environments
- Scientific, engineering, or developer tools experience
