UI/UX Designer AMK

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps, web platforms and internal tools.

• Work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet user needs and business goals.

• Lead a team of two designers.

• Develop concepts and prototypes while supporting ongoing feature development.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.

• Review designs during development to ensure quality and consistency.

• Research design trends, UI/UX patterns, tools and competitor products.

• Analyse usage data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

• Participate in team discussions and planning sessions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio of work across digital platforms.

• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear user flows and intuitive designs.

• Strong visual design skills. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.

• Good understanding of UX principles for mobile, web and touch interfaces.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Axure RP or similar tools.

• Able to use research and data to support design decisions.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.

• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of design systems and overall design strategy.
