Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all supply chain issues for the GCMS cluster.
  • Lead demand review processes to understand key demand drivers and submit rolling 18-month forecasts.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and bias through collaboration with business teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with planning teams to ensure capacity meets business growth plans and advise on resilient sourcing strategies.
  • Drive service, cash, cost, and quality agenda, including network design and system cost optimization.

Customer Service Operations (Order to Deliver):

  • Define service/fulfilment strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Work with offshore service providers to ensure seamless back-end operations.
  • Manage order capture, processing, delivery, invoicing, documentation, and master data accuracy.
  • Act as first point of contact for supply chain-related customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle exceptional orders, less-than-lead-time orders, and process claims (damages, returns, refusals) with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Warehouse Stock Planning:

  • Define stock norms and trigger replenishment in line with service strategy.
  • Coordinate with sourcing units and BU supply chain teams for timely stock dispatch.
  • Monitor and analyze gaps between stock norms and actual inventory.
  • Lead warehouse space planning aligned with business growth.

Warehouse Logistics Operations:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Ensure stock control/accuracy through periodic counts.
  • Drive savings programs with 3PL providers and manage their KPIs.

Sourcing Delivery from GCMS Cluster:

  • Ensure sourcing and delivery from all units and warehouses in the cluster.
  • Align service levels and savings with targets.
  • Flag capacity constraints or inventory risks due to MoQ or transition issues.

Performance Management:

  • Drive service, cash, and cost agenda.
  • Measure service levels and implement loss mitigation action plans.
  • Improve distribution network design and reduce operational waste.

Capability Building:

  • Implement Go-To-Market digital initiatives like Salesforce and Seer.
  • Drive programs to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
