UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design clean, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile products that delight users and align with the company's vision.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to bring ideas to life - from concept to production.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and reusable components that ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate in the full product lifecycle - from brainstorming and wireframing to visual design and implementation support.
• Conduct visual QA and provide feedback during development to maintain design integrity.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to continuously elevate the product experience and brand aesthetics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in UI or product design, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Understanding of UX principles and how design decisions impact user experience.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and responsive design concepts is an advantage.
• Able to balance creativity with practicality - delivering beautiful designs that work well in real products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating modern, polished, and user-focused interface design.
• Team player with great communication skills and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
