Role Summary
We are looking for a UGC Game Operations Specialist to support the growth and data performance optimization of UGC games on the Roblox platform.
This role is ideal for candidates with several years of in-depth Roblox gaming experience, a strong sensitivity to game data, and a desire for long-term career development in game operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor core game data metrics (DAU, CCU, Retention, Engagement, Monetization Trends).
- Analyze player behavior and propose optimization suggestions.
- Assist in planning game update schedules and event strategies.
- Track content performance and traffic data on new media platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the Roblox UGC ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must possess at least 2+ years of actual, in-depth Roblox gaming experience.
- Familiarity with common Roblox UGC game genres (Simulator, Tycoon, RNG, Obby, etc.).
- 0–2 years of experience in game operations, data analysis, or related fields (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking.
- Genuine long-term interest in the UGC gaming industry.
Bonus Points
- 5+ years of in-depth Roblox gaming experience.
- Experience spending Robux and understanding of Roblox monetization logic.
- Experience creating Roblox-related content.
- Proficiency in Chinese (for communication purposes).
