The Sourcing Analyst is the financial validation and performance control engine supporting the execution of our global sourcing strategy. This role plays a critical part in evaluating supplier opportunities, building total cost models, validating savings and ensuring sourcing programs deliver expected financial outcomes.
Financial Modeling & Landed Cost Analysis
- Build and maintain landed cost models
- Evaluate supplier quotes and validate cost competitiveness
- Compare new sourcing options to baseline costs
- Incorporate logistics, compliance, and implementation costs into analysis
Opportunity Evaluation
- Support screening and evaluation of sourcing opportunities
- Work with Category Managers to develop category-specific sourcing requirements guidelines
Post-Implementation Performance Review
- Conduct post-launch cost reconciliation
- Evaluate margin and performance outcomes
- Identify root causes of performance gaps vs plan, and recommend corrective actions
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Improve cost modeling assumptions over time
- Support executive reporting and scenario analysis
Required:
- 3–7 years experience in financial analysis, sourcing analysis, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced Excel and modeling capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with cost modeling and variance analysis
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly

- Experience with import cost structures
- Familiarity with ERP or sourcing systems
