Location: Coffeeshop (Heartland Area)
Salary:$3,300 / month
Working Days:6 days per week
Working Hours: 930AM-930PM
We are looking for a hands-on Chef / Stall Manager who is comfortable running a coffeeshop stall independently. This role requires strong cooking skills, operational discipline, and stamina.
You will be fully responsible for daily stall operations from start to end, including food preparation, cooking, service, and basic management tasks.
Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
Handle full daily operations of the stall independently
Manage food prep, ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage
Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times
Handle customer orders, service, and basic cash handling
Open and close stall, including setup and cleaning
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Proven experience as a chef or cook in a coffeeshop / hawker / casual dining environment
Able to work long hours and handle physical kitchen work
Comfortable working independently without supervision
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. And able to meet with daily sales target.
Good time management and consistency in food quality
Food hygiene certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
A hands-on, operational role
Ideal for experienced cooks who enjoy full ownership of a stall
Not a supervisory or office-based position
Not suitable for candidates looking for short working hours or unable to multi-task
Not suitable for candidates who are unable to work in stressful environment
