Join our talented team of educators at Ideas Ink School as a Tutor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring and academic support to secondary school students in the Jurong West area. What you'll be doing

1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student
2. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administrators
3. Collaborate with the teaching team to develop innovative educational materials and strategies
4. Participate in regular professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching skills
5. Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring secondary & JC school students
3. Strong subject matter knowledge in core academic subjects, such as Mathematics and Science
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
5. Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
6. Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
